AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I can honestly say I have never had a car buying experience like this before, impressed is an understatement. I had a few credit issues and was a bit apprehensive about applying for a loan. I decided to take a chance with Matthews Motors and completed the online finance application. I was immediately contacted by a sales rep and was able to schedule an appt first thing the next business day. I met with Uriel who was amazing and within 2 1/2 hours I left the dealership driving my new car. The amazing part is Uriel asked what I was looking for and what I was not looking for. Based on what I told him the very first car he brought me was the one. The 2021 Subaru Ascent Touring had everything I was looking for in a dependable 3rd row vehicle that didn't look like a minivan and was within my price range. You can tell they actually care as Ken assisted with the financial paperwork and did a great job explaining terms and answering questions. Uriel walked me to the service counter and introduced me to the staff for any future service needs. It was like becoming part of the family. I have had my new car for over a week, and they have followed up to make sure everything was going well. I am so happy I chose Matthews Motors as you could not ask for a wider selection of vehicles, better customer service and overall experience. They will be my go to for all future car buying needs which is great since I have to kids that are now pre-teens Thank you Matthews Motors for being so great. I will be referring all my friends and family for their future car buying.

What can I say, I had the absolute best experience purchasing my 2nd vehicle from Brandon Williams. He was able to get the vehicle I wanted to his location. The best part was after securing the purchase I needed assistance with getting it home. Mr. Williams volunteered to assist me with getting the vehicle to my home. When the need came to purchase a vehicle, I knew just where to go.
